Holiday Traditions!

            I think it is safe to say that during the holiday season I look forward to opening presents the most, just like everyone else. It is never a disappointing day on the one day of the year when you get to open Christmas presents. While traditions may vary, I can almost guarantee that opening presents is almost everyone’s favorite part of the holiday season.

            Traditionally our holiday festivities start with church on Christmas Eve, and then present opening afterwards (so I couldn’t wake my parents up at four o’clock the next morning). Then we stay up all night trying to figure out how to use our new things.

Social bookmarking is the ability to bookmark your favorite websites from anywhere with internet access. It would be especially useful to teachers because they need to have a very large inventory of online resources. At this point I will probably not use social bookmarking in my personal life, but it is good to know how incase I change my mind.

RSS Feeds

RSS feeds bring all of your information from various places all into one place. This tool is most useful to people who like to keep up with news in many different places. I think this tool is useful because it could safe you alot of valueable time when looking for things on the web.

Technology and Me.....

I use technology at school and at home. I have many classes that require me to use the computer. I also have an iPhone and I use it alot. It serves as my computer at home because my home computer is old and slow. I did not start using technology until a few years ago, but now I would probably be pretty bored and lost without it.
